We are currently looking for an experienced Office/Accounts Administrator to join a small and close knit team in a welcoming office environment based in Hemel Hempstead on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone that is proactive with a flexible and adaptable approach, ideally someone with experience in both administration and accounts

Shifts: 8:30am - 5pm 3 days a week (Wednesday, Friday and either Tuesday or Thursday)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 pro rata (Part time salary of £15,000 to £16,000 for 3 days per week)

Duties to include:
  • Assist in various stages of Sage 50
  • Manage purchasing of office materials
  • Updating projects with invoices etc on CRM system
  • Managing/Organising all IT requirements and support where required
  • Support Manager with day to day up keep of accounts and general admin
  • Booking meetings/travel/flight and accommodation for visitors/staff and contractors
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth running of office and working environment
  • Communicating with suppliers, customers and sub-contractors with invoicing and payment issues
  • Raising invoices, CIS management, purchase ledger and order processing, booking and
  • monitoring stock, staff expenses

Candidate requirements:
  • Flexible attitude and adaptable
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Good all round IT skills and a good understanding and ability to use all software packages relevant to the business
