Service Delivery Manager - Brighton - £50,000 to £65,000

Lynx Recruitment are currently working with a market leading cloud communications provider based in Brighton. This position has come about due to their continued growth and expansion of the service desk team. They also have an office in London so occasional travel between sites will be required. To be considered for this position you must have previously worked within an SME environment and have 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.

Key Skills:
  • ITIL Knowledge (ITIL Certified advantageous)
  • Experience working within an SME
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Understanding of Telephony/VoIP technologies
  • Proactive attitude
  • Problem Solving

Key Tasks:
  • Ensure relevant services are managed and delivered within appropriate SLA's
  • Ensure service is delivered to the customer according to the agreed contract scope
  • Ensure deliverables are clear and fully understood by all parties
  • Understand and resolve service issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst adhering to standard processes
  • Drive and participate in incident management, change and problem management processes in line with ITIL standards
  • Own and manage major incidents, ensuring regular communications take place and that the issue is managed through to successful resolution.
