Business Development Executive (Part-Time)

A Business Development Executive / Lead Generator is needed part-time to join an exciting and growing digital consultancy with an office in St Albans and a satellite office in London. You can expect to be generating new leads to support the sales team and in turn play a pivotal role in continuing the growth of this innovative digital agency.

This is a part-role of 22.5 hours across a 3-5 day week. Flexible hours/days for the right candidate.

Employing over 40 people this fast growing, award-winning agency is a Google, Microsoft, EPiServer, Sitecore and Kentico Partner who works at the forefront of the digital industry. Since 1995 their strategic, creative and technical solutions have assisted leading businesses (Metro Bank, Landmark Trust, NSPCC and Age UK to name just a few) develop highly effective and engaging online experiences.

The Business Development Executive role is primarily to conduct lead generation activity (predominantly phone & email) to generate a steady supply of new business leads and to nurture relationships with known prospects. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Manager to identify new prospective clients and help to nurture existing opportunities, supporting the new business function of this forward-thinking agency.

To qualify. You should be a Business Development Executive / Lead Generator / Telemarketer / Telesales Executive / B2B Telesales Executive / Junior Sales Executive / New Business Executive / Junior Account Executive / Client Services Executive / Digital Sales Executive or similar who can demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of success in B2B lead generation or business development ideally within a marketing or technology consulting sectors;
  • Confident working in a targeted sales environment;
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills;
  • Great telephone manner and calm under pressure;
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
