Senior IT Support Technician Salary: competitive, dependant on experience
Hours: Full time (Monday - Friday) 40 hours per week

As a member of the Technology squad you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products.

Reporting to th Head of IT - they are looking to appoint an experienced IT Support Technician who has a broad skill set and an awesome attitude.

The internal tech solution is critical to the running of the business operation. In this role you will be the first point of contact to support internal users across all systems. Your quick thinking, innovative and proactive approach will ensure that issues are resolved seamlessly. You are a superhero!

You will share responsibilities of administering different systems and technologies including but not limited to Active Directory, Office 365, and our CRM, OFFICE LINE, and phone systems - so you need to be familiar with these already. The day to day to will be to Administer and provision users, maintain high standards and SLAs throughout all responsibilities and log all incidents that our raised via the help desk

You will be unafraid and curious enough to handle undertaking a variety of IT Projects, whilst also being given the autonomy to challenge the status quo. If you have an idea that you think will create a difference!

All they ask....
  • You will have experience working within IT
  • Have an exceptional understanding of Microsoft Windows 10
  • Experience working with Linux based systems
  • Experience offering 1st and/or 2nd line support
  • Be able to articulate IT subjects to non-technical users in a clear relatable way
  • Knowledge of network and VoIP systems would be desirable
  • Have a strong appreciation for security, best practices and maintenance
