Pertemps Managed Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading independent provider of business telecom services. Since 2006 they have rapidly expanded their business to over 40 employees and 550 clients. Due to this rapid growth they are looking to strengthen their Key Account Manager team.

The Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will pro-actively and strategically manage a portfolio of small to medium SME accounts, building close working relationships with our clients, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, portfolio growth and client retention as well as managing stakeholder relationships with clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of prestigious SME clients while also attracting new clients

• Maintain accurate records of client engagement via company CRM system.

• Meet clients face to face to deliver bespoke service requirements and promote up/cross sell opportunities

• Work towards and consistently achieve personal KPI's

• Secure testimonials from clients to be used for marketing material

The Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry

• Ability to communication effectively across all levels of business, up to Director level

• Experience presenting and coordinating high level client meetings

• Previous experience managing a portfolio of SME clients, from start-up to SME

• Self-motivated, enthusiasm and results driven team player

• Full clean driving licence
