We are looking for an inspirational teacher and leader to join our dynamic team and continue to offer the best possible results to our organization.

You will be responsible for managing and developing a designated portfolio of courses, ensuring that each learner is able to reach their full potential, ranging from Levels 1-5. The right candidate will provide an innovative and interactive teaching approach, having a positive impact on our curriculum.

You will be required to provide expert advice to staff and students, as well as develop and advise others on learning/teaching tasks and methods, particularly on AAT provision.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development, delivery and promotion of a high-quality curriculum in line with the College mission and aims, Government policy and local knowledge of the aspirations of individuals, partner organizations and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the needs of the learner are at the center of the subject area's activities.
  • Teach and assess on a range of programmes as required by the Executive Director and act as tutor and/or Course Director to one or more groups of full time and/or part time students within Accounting and Finance.

Required qualifications, skills and experience:
  • Experience in the implementation of assessment and accreditation programmes within the subject area. E
  • Experience of teaching students and delivering successful outcomes within the subject area E
  • Specialist knowledge applicable to the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning within the subject area e.g. ILT E
