This organisation's Central Administration Unit works to ensure that the principles for operating a scheme for quality assuring the works of organisations which carry out assessments of disabled students, or supply services within the scheme deliver high standards in accordance with the Quality Assurance Framework. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide comprehensive administration for the Central Administration Unit based in Glasgow city centre.

Candidates should be able to work on their own initiative and be flexible in their approach. You will be well organised, numerate with good communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Experience of arranging and booking travel would be advantageous, as would processing invoices on Sage or other similar financial systems.

Experience of working within a quality assurance or audit organisation is desirable but not essential.

The ability to organise and manage your own workload will be required. Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and email is essential. The role is Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week with 25 days annual leave.

The post is offered as a Fixed term contract, renewable in January 2020.

The successful candidate will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and experience of working as an Administrator in a fast paced environment would be beneficial.
