Senior DB Pension Administrator
Eden Scott are currently working with a successful pension consultancy in Edinburgh who administer one of the largest industry wide DB pension schemes in the country in their search for an experienced DB pensions administrators. The successful individual shall be able to hit the ground running and support the team during a busy time period, maintaining employer and member records and assisting employers with their pension contribution submissions. You will act as a senior member of the business supporting with more technical work. Other responsibilities include: Processing and checking benefit calculations for members/advisors Managing the pension contribution arrears process by contacting employers and reporting late payments to the Pensions Regulator Assisting with the annual data renewal process Completing other ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required Maintaining, reviewing and updating procedures as required Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years defined benefit pensions administration experience. Other requirements include: Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors and suggest solutions Excellent computer skills Great communication skills Organised with the ability to work to deadlines, either independently or as part of a team.
