Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals whom are seeking a placement year in a fast-paced environment and has a thirst for knowledge.

Working as part of a team, you will provide first class telephone service to our clients, ensuring the client's needs are assessed and dealt with in accordance with protocols. Furthermore, you will monitor consultant and team workloads, ensuring a consistent flow of work and providing support for consultants across our three offices, Manchester, Hinckley and Glasgow.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • To answer a high volume of inbound calls and resolving client queries
  • Monitor the availability of HR consultants who are able to receive calls
  • To ensure the highest level of customer service is adhered to
  • Produce and analyse performance reports
  • To manage the workloads of absent consultants and ensure it is redistributed according to availability
  • General administrative duties
