After a period of significant growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Credit Controller where you will have the chance to really make an impact and work with our impressive and diverse Credit Control Team that has proven itself to be fast-paced, dynamic and have delivered excellent results.

Role Responsibilities:

·Update and maintain debtor records

·Contact individual and corporate debtors regarding overdue payments

·Develop and maintain good working relationships with your colleagues in and outside of the credit control team as well as fee earners to enable you to support the team in collecting debts and reduce lockup

·Use industry specific software to update debtor records as required

·Undertake routine credit administration tasks as required by the team

·Take payments by card and ensuring that records are accurately processed and updated

Knowledge, skills/attributes:

·Exceptional presentation and problem solving skills

·Team player but self-motivated and able to work autonomously and pro-actively

·Proven ability to multi-task

·Demonstrate the ongoing use of initiative

·Used to delivering against short deadlines, accurately

·Proven ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload

·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with excellent interpersonal skills

·Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with whoever you interact with

·Able to demonstrate experience liaising pro-actively with third parties professionally

·Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
