We're now looking for a Finance Administrator to join our dedicated team in Oxford and support the smooth running of the Finance Department. This role is available on a full or part time basis, or on a part time basis with study breaks.

The Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will perform a range of activities to support the successful running of the Finance Department.

Joining a small Finance team, you'll process payments, monitor the sales and purchase ledgers, complete bank reconciliations and process expenses and petty cash claims.

Reporting to the Finance Accountant, you will:

- Ensure that invoices are swiftly paid
- Match payment requests to contracts
- Raise and distribute sales quotes and invoices
- Help with financial reporting
- Update the approved suppliers list

About You

To join us as a Finance Administrator, you'll need:

- Previous office experience
- To be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent)
- Strong numeracy skills and a great eye for detail
- Great communication skills

Previous experience with financial accounts would be beneficial, but this is by no means essential. A part or full ACCA, AAT or similar qualification would also be an advantage.
