Permanent, £36,000 + benefit and bonus

Monday- Friday days with occasional flexibility needed

Our site has modern production equipment, a large warehouse facility and an impressive transport and logistics function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a now established team within the Engineering department.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Engineering Co-ordinator will support the daily running of the department by generating, coordinating and monitoring effective planning cycles using CMMS system for all planned engineering activities. Being responsible for spare parts stock levels, you will then place and track orders as required whilst pushing continuous improvements at all times. You will hold in depth knowledge of implementing and using CMMS systems as well as having a good understanding of Health and Safety Legislation and ISO systems management.

You will review planned maintenance activities and identify opportunities to improve cost effectiveness whilst actively seeking to deliver the most cost-effective maintenance planning solution.

What we are looking for

An understanding of ISO systems management

Good working knowledge of the basics of mechanical and electrical systems

CI methodology knowledge

Stores management experience

Experience of procedures within food industry

Purchasing experience working with third party suppliers

Experience of Facilities maintenance

Contractor management experience
