IT Infrastructure Support Analyst

Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 DOE

Hours: 8.30 - 16.30

Location: Newport Pagnell

A long standing company based in Milton Keynes is looking for a new member to join their team providing IT support to multiple sites across the UK and Ireland

Responsibilities:-

* Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Helpdesk support
* Installing & configuring computer systems.
* Maintaining Local Area Networks across all sites
* Maintaining Configuration Management Database
* Diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems.
* Day to day administration of all software's SQL databases.
* Work closely with 3rd party suppliers for support and to resolve calls.
* Managing and maintaining all equipment, including Hosted IP telephony, mobile phones, Tablets, laptops, Desktop PCs and HP Thin Client terminals, network switches, wireless access points.
* Updating and maintaining Service Desk tools.
* IT System Access Request fulfilment
* IT Purchasing across all sites.
* Updating and Maintaining business ERP documentation
* Co ordinate IT projects working closely with 3rd parties with system implementations and upgrades
* Providing Out of hours support over the weekend

Skills Required:-

* Communication Skills including excellent verbal and written skills
* Good Analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work as a team member, with confidence and motivation to work independently
* Active Directory administration experience
* Microsoft networks including services such as DNS, DHCP
* Experience supporting current and previous versions of Windows server and Client operating systems
* Network configuration skills including Switches, AP's and Vlans / management tools
* SQL Administration
* O365 experience
* Full Driving Licence
