Full Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator/Receptionist
Location:
Dartford
Hours: Full Time, employed or self-employed, hours negotiable
Salary: DoE

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Full Time Bookkeeper to join their team and take on general Administration and Reception duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing of supplier invoices, payments and statement reconciliation using Sage 50
  • Raising Sales invoices and posting to Sage including monies received
  • Maintenance of employee records (including holidays), and monthly payment to HMRC
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • Credit Control
  • Reception duties

Skills/Experience Required:
  • Previous admin experience.
  • Good understanding of VAT and bookkeeping an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated, confident and ambitious.
  • Very well organised and cool under pressure.
  • Experience in working in a Receptionist role would be advantageous.
