Fantastic opportunity for someone interested in a career in Project Management within a high growth technology company based in Milton Keynes. You will come into the team as Programme Management Administrator and will focus on providing effective project and administrative support to the Head of Programme Management. You will ensure the smooth running of the project office, enabling the Senior Management Team to prioritise and meet their objectives. In addition, the post-holder will undertake ad-hoc projects assigned to support the delivery of key Business objectives, giving you valuable project management experience.

You will be responsible for:
  • Attending senior level meetings within Programme and Project Management, agreeing actions and following up with key objetives, and timelines for completion.
  • Following up meeting actions to ensure the team remain on track to meet priorities.
  • Reporting back to the senior team regularly on project updates and priorities. This will require a good level of PowerPoint and the ability to extract data out of Excel.
  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting; this will require the ability to manipulate data in Excel to present on financial matters and workforce planning and PowerPoint for preparing presentations
  • Scope to impove process efficiency around PO's and expenses.

About you:
  • Positivity with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in driving administrative process improvements (PO, expenses etc)
  • Ability to deliver results and respond proactively to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills including influencing skills to ensure direct reports and wider groups of stakeholders submit reports, briefings and relevant information on time
  • Tact, confidentiality and discretion
  • A keen eye for detail including the ability to manipulate financial data
  • IT literate. High level of word-processing skill for generating routine correspondence and formatting reports, Excel skills for presentation of financial and workforce planning data and PowerPoint for preparing presentations
  • Effective planning skills to manage conflicting priorities and simultaneous demands
  • Previous experience with documentation creation and control
  • A basic understanding of project management tools and techniques
