Page Personnel are recruiting for a Permanent Payroll Officer to join a Not for Profit Organisation based in the centre of Leeds

Client Details

An established Not for Profit organisation are looking to recruit a Payroll Officer to their team. This organisation is continuing to grow and you will be joining at an exciting time. This role will be part of the wider Payroll team and will report into the Payroll Manager. Benefits include a 4.30 finish on a Friday and a highly competitive pension and holiday allowance.

Description

As a Payroll Officer duties will include but are not limited to, processing payroll, inputting timesheets, overtime and expenses, collating and processing expenses, preparing monthly payment runs, maintaining absence and sickness records, calculating entitlements, uploaded HMRC changes to the system, producing accurate monthly costing reports, pension administrations, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:
  • Have held a payroll position previously ESSENTIAL
  • Be confident using payroll systems ESSENTIAL
  • Have excellent customer service skills ESSENTIAL
  • Have up to date knowledge of Payroll procedures and legislation ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

£19,000 - £21,000 + Payroll Officer + Central Leeds + Permanent Opportunity + Competitive holiday and pension allowance
