I am urgently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a company based in South East Cornwall. This is a full time, permanent position to start as soon as possible.

Package includes: 5 weeks holiday + 8 bank holidays and discretionary Christmas bonus

The role is to maintain the purchase ledger primarily through entry of purchase invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements and the compilation and processing of payment runs. It involves liaising with colleagues and suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries quickly and efficiently. Another key element of the role is to raise invoices to our customers and enter all job costings on to our custom database. Job files need to be checked to ensure the details held on our system correspond to the official documents received and our client quotations. Other responsibilities include the updating and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases as well as the updating of any file costings as requested by management and other administrative tasks.
