Advisor. Counsellor. Coach. Consultant. Does this sound like you? Enjoy supporting, advising and motivating individuals on their journey from long-term unemployment, taking satisfaction from the fact that their future, is in part, down to you?

Here's just some feedback established Employment Advisers receive......... "They opened my eyes to what I was missing out on by staying on benefits. Once I knew there were opportunities out there it gave me the motivation to tackle my health problems and get my life back on track." "I am very lucky to have had this kind of support, and I can only thank you."

Starting in 1998 as one of the 1st UK Welfare to Work providers, our client has matched over 140,000 unemployed individuals to sustainable jobs across the UK, helped 12,000+ transition from health-related benefits into full time work, and 40,000 16-24 year-olds into jobs. Employment Advisers help individuals tackle a number of barriers from interview nerves, to debt, and housing issues. Continuing to develop individuals, and make a real change for the better in their lives, support is often delivered under challenging circumstances. That's where you come in - we need more Employment Advisers! And we need them in Croydon, Derby, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds, Sheffield and Sutton.
