We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and bright Accounts Assistant to join our client at their Head Office based in Braintree.

Key Duties:
  • Checking and posting purchase invoices
  • Input of timesheets and preparation of work rotas
  • Calculation and preparation of sales invoices
  • Posting of bank transactions
  • Reconciling of bank accounts
  • Answering payroll and invoice queries
  • Liaison with clients and colleagues
  • Supporting the overall financial function

Person Specification:
  • Good knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Very good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good organisation and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with invoice discounting would be an advantage
