Our client is looking for a Junior Insurance Sales Advisor to join their team in Cheadle. As a Junior Insurance Advisor, you will, with supervision, be required to provide a high level of customer service for both new and existing customers in relation to their insurance policies. Your role will include taking inbound and outbound calls to set up a customer policies and the upselling of additional products in line with the customer's requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be taking a variety of calls from new and existing customers dealing with their car insurance queries, setting up insurance policies and upselling additional products where required with supervision.
• To manage inbound calls effectively ensuring customer needs are met.
• You will need to readily adapt to the ethos of the brand & promote this to the customers at all times whilst being committed to providing a high quality of experience to the customer and the brand at every opportunity explaining choices and providing recommendations.
• You will be required to outbound customers in relation to servicing their policies or upselling additional products.
• You will be required to process administrative tasks such as chasing customers for documents
• To work positively and inclusively with all colleagues, customers and business partners to promote a workplace that values equality and diversity
• To adhere to all company policies and procedures as set out in the company handbook

• An understanding of commercial or personal lines sector would be advantageous
• A good level of organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic with a good level of written and spoken communication skills
• You will demonstrate confidence to deal with our customers over the phone
• The ability to multi-task in a complex environment is essential.
• Customer services experience would be advantageous
• You must the ability to learn and develop through continuous training and support, to
ensure you are providing a world class service
• This role is extremely fast paced and candidates must be susceptible to change.
• Ensure confidentiality of all information is maintained always.
• Ensure TCF values and principles are observed and applied always
• Ensure adherence of FCA policies and procedures always.
