Having recently seen a huge increase in customer base, this business is expanding its product offering and looking to capitalise on its extensive data set through cutting edge customer analytics and championing data usage. Additionally, the company is undergoing a technology transformation and is looking to offer training in open source technology and advanced analytics.

THE ROLE

Taking on the role of Senior Manager alongside leading a team of 3 capable analysts you will be:
  • Working with senior business stakeholders and team leads to implement insights into business strategy and marketing efforts
  • Leading the way in advanced marketing analytics using SAS/Python and SQL to their full extent for customer modelling, attribution and campaign optimisation
  • Blending your technical know-how with tactical ability to bridge the gap between analytics potential and commercial impact
  • Developing your open source tech skills in Python as the business goes through a major transformation

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will have
  • Excellent coding ability in SAS and SQL (exposure to Python beneficial)
  • Strong background in campaign implementation and analytics
  • Management experience
  • A degree level or higher in a numerate discipline
  • The ability to build statistical models including but not limited to propensity, regression, churn and attribution
