We're creative at just about every opportunity; presenting, promoting and telling our brand story in every marketing campaign and every across all channels. We're currently on the lookout for a motivated and tenacious Account Manager for a 12 month maternity cover to join our busy (and awesome!) team in Bourne End.

Let's talk about the role...

Here's what we would expect from our Account Manager...
  • To ensure delivery on contracted service levels on a specified number of clients.
  • To work closely with the Head of Account Management and Sales Team to identify new revenue opportunities within existing clients.

To work closely with internal departments to ensure successful delivery against contracted service levels.
  • To contribute to the renewals process and support the business on ensuring long term relationships with key clients
  • Liaise with clients and Operations team to provide accurate stock management ensuring the products are packed on time and into contracted gift packs

Planning, Implementation and Measurement
  • Liaising with Digital Managers and Offline Sales Managers and their teams to ensure the client KPI's are met
  • Maintain necessary administration and relevant reporting/planning systems required to meet the objectives of the business.

Customer Focus
  • Undertake a key role within nominated accounts and having responsibility for the day to day management and development of relationships within the nominated accounts.
  • Fully understand the channels within Lifecycle Marketing (eg Diary, web, inserts, data, sampling in packs) to deliver maximum benefit to the customers and profitability for Lifecycle.

  • Manage communications internally in respect of key client activities and campaigns.
  • Communicate and liaise both internally and externally as required to Senior Manager level using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Communicate business and wider corporate image and reputation internally and externally to protect and promote the corporate brand for the benefit of the company, its employees and customers.
  • Undertake and analyse market research internally or with external suppliers to substantiate the effectiveness of LML programmes

We're looking for...

Ideally 2 plus years Account Management/Account Development experience. Experience within Marketing Services or digital would be a bonus

You would have excellent communication skills and an ability to build good working relationships with your clients

You will have a good level of analytical and numerical ability and be able to analyse data, make inferences and draw conclusions to make recommendations.

A good level of IT literacy (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) is essential
