MyCFL is working with an award winning independent Estate Agent, who have for over 50 years offered first-class property services, with fully trained and enthusiastic staff that their clients' can trust. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Client Accounts Manager to join their passionate team based in Littlehampton.

The Package - What you could earn
  • Basic salary £12,500 per annum (£15.00 per hour) negotiable depending on experience.
  • Company benefits.
  • Hours are based on 4 hours a day, 4 days a week.

Client Accounts Manager - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The role includes paying all of our landlords and contractors.
  • You will be raising fees and chasing rents.
  • Ensuring the accounts reconcile and reconciling Month End figures.
  • You will be required to work independently with little supervision.

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Accounts experience.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Numerical skills.
  • Experience in an Estate Agent environment would be ideal.
  • Experience with the Reapit System is ideal but full training will be given so not essential.
