Finance and Business Administration Manager

Your new company
A healthcare business based near King's Lynn are looking for a finance and business administration manager to join their team to work alongside the manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Your new role
Working alongside the Manager you will be responsible for 1 member of staff and to ensure the administration of the business runs smoothly and effectively. You will also cover off the finance side of the business by undertaking the purchase ledger activities, sales ledger and credit control. You must also input all the information for the production of monthly management accounts. Alongside this there will be some aspects of HR and Payroll as well as assisting with the recruitment of new members of staff and helping to on board them.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience in a similar role where you have managed a small team. You will also need to have some experience within finance where you have done ledgers and have an understanding of accounts. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail and be committed to communicate at all levels with customers to help understand their needs.
