An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our UK Business Team. We're excited by the opportunities we have to grow by meeting our customers' needs through innovation, digital and smart technology. The suitable candidate will be responsible for lead generation strategies, that maximise customer growth within a fast-paced environment. The role could be Leicester, Oxford or Windsor based.

The Role
  • Managing a team of one marketing executive, you'll be responsible for the design and execution of integrated acquisition campaigns across all available channels.
  • Putting the customer at the heart of our business is key, so you'll be using best in class customer and prospect insight and segmentation models to shape the marketing plans and campaigns. Plus working closely with the proposition teams from 3 business areas to ensure we're communicating compelling messages and offers to the right customer, at the right time.
  • You'll be responsible for campaigns from end to end, including understanding data and insight, agency briefs, internal stakeholder engagement and approvals, test and learn and measurement.
  • We're on a journey of digital transformation so campaigns will be digital first; content focused including email, SME, digital display, digital radio, social both paid and organic, IP targeted advertising.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate solid experience of:
  • Creating marketing plans working with various and complex stakeholders
  • Understanding and interpreting complex industries
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Understanding and implementing new martech (for example SalesForce marketing cloud, Lead Nurture platforms such as Pardot, IP targeted platforms such as Demandbase
  • Leading a small team
  • Test and learn and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Account based marketing - both on and offline
  • KPI and Results driven approach
