Do you specialise in PPC but are looking for a more strategical role? I am looking for a Paid Search Manager to join an online platform in their London office. You will be responsible for developing the strategy for paid search campaigns spanning across multiple countries. If you have extensive PPC experience in-house or with a digital agency and are seeking a senior opportunity which generates a commercial impact, this role is well suited.

THE COMPANY

A widely recognised online platform, this company utilises an innovative and forward-thinking approach to their paid media solutions; as such are widely recognised as in-house performance specialists. With almost a decade of data, they generate targeted and personalised advertising to their consumers. With an already established marketing vertical, you will work alongside industry experts.

THE ROLE

As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for mapping out and developing PPC solutions on a global scale. The successful candidate will devise the strategy for such campaigns and report on the effectiveness post implementation. Thus, will work closely with the analysts who build the scripting tools and help with developing such strategy. In addition, this candidate will liaise extensively with senior stakeholders to optimise ROI.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
  • Planning out PPC campaigns and essentially build the PPC function
  • Oversee the execution of Google and Bing ads by external agencies
  • Continually analyse the performance through SQL or Excel to ensure ROI is optimised
  • Liaising with Managing Directors and other senior stakeholders to present actionable insights

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Paid Search Manager will have:
  • An undergraduate degree
  • Substantial commercial experience working in PPC roles on the client side within the ecommerce industry or on a global scale within a media agency, most recently in a strategical capacity
  • Proficient in Google Adwords and Bing Ads
  • An analytical background and experience reporting on performance trends with SQL, Google Data Studio or Excel
  • A great deal of experience activating and planning PPC campaigns
  • Liaised with and presented insights to senior stakeholders
