Your new role

In your new position as a Service Desk Analyst working on a number of projects within the team. You will be handling a varying amount of infrastructure work which will be covered by the programme coordinator, operations lead and infrastructure lead.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need experience diagnosing faults within your specific area using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Past experience within project management support is a necessity for these IT projects.
* You will be expected to provide service desk and infrastructure support.
* As this project will be a roll-out of new technologies, you will be expected to implement and support this in an agile environment.
* Experience in diagnosing incidents escalating them accordingly.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a 6 month contract with the chance of an extension.
