Prospero Teaching are looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated SEND teaching assistant.

We are looking for people with knowledge and experience of a range of Special Educational, Behavioural and Disability Needs with particular knowledge and experience with Autism.

Located in Openshaw (M11) this is a two form entry primary school. Accessible by good transport links, parking on site and close to Central Manchester

The role will predominantly working with KS1 and Early Years department.


Applicants Must:

·love working with children
·have the skills and knowledge to support children with a range of needs, using effective strategies to promote positive attitudes to learning
·be able to support children with Autism, but no challenging behaviour
·be motivated, have a positive attitude and enjoy a challenge
·provide a range or support for children (boys and girls) with Speech, Language and Communication needs.

·previous experience of working in similar situations and with SEN children ideal
·a keen interest in teaching, preferably primary age.
·teaching Assistant Qualification Level 2 or above
