A leading Accountancy organisation based in Wanstead, East London are looking to recruit a Part Time 'Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Administrator'.

You will have Credit Control and 'Sales Ledger' experience.

The role is paying £25-30K pro rata.

The working hours are 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

Main Duties
  • Contact clients for payment of fees due
  • Arrange for payment by direct debit/standing orders
  • Process any queries and relay to Partners Secretaries
  • Process incoming payments on to Sage Accounts
  • Collate paying-in details for banking
  • Ensure the client database is accurate and up to date
  • Collate Client ID/File opening information
  • Open new Client files as needed

Skills and Experience Required
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good I.T skills : Excel, E-Mail, Sage Accounts
  • Good attention to detail
  • Credit Control experience
