2nd Line Customer Support Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes, MK14

Salary: Up to £28k DOE

Key Words: Technical Support, 2nd Line Support, Customer Support, Customer Success Analyst, SaaS, Cloud, SQL, Zendesk

You may be an IT graduate or have commercial experience in providing first class customer support, via Email, phone & browser to address 2nd line technical & customer application support issues.

Customer Success comes first though, although being technical will help a great deal! Occasional travel to client site to perform onsite support may be required.

Ultimately though, we put people & personality first. If you are somebody who is self motivated, inquisitive with a hunger to learn, then please get in touch!

Must haves skills/ experience:

- IT degree or relevant professional experience in a similar support role

- Excellent logical and analytical problem-solving skills

- Good customer service skills and telephone manner

Advantageous skills, experience & responsibilities (that you will have the chance to use):

- You may have a basic understanding of SaaS/ cloud technologies and how it works

- Experience of working within a helpdesk system, managing tickets and overseeing calls through to resolution


- Server monitoring and managing

- Simple & complex query writing & reporting

- Log file analysis

- Understanding of Zendesk
