Purchase Ledger Clerk / Part Time Temporary / Immediate Start / Leading Facilities Company / Free On-Site Parking / Birkenhead / Temporary

NC Associates are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a leading facilities company based in Birkenhead. They are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to come in, hit the ground running and support the Accounts Manager.

Duties
  • Processing, posting and coding supplier invoices
  • Reconciliations of payments and receipts
  • Reviewing bank statements
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Raising and resolution of Purchase Ledger queries with suppliers
  • Processing payments
  • Producing finance reports for the Manager

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience
  • Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role
  • Worked towards tight weekly deadlines
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
  • Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
