Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO manager to join our in-house team as a sole SEO manager.

The right candidate will be required to improve and maintain our high ranking lead generation website within all major search engines and work closely with our team of developers, ad-words manager and project manager to drive further traffic, improve overall user experience, whilst generating initiative and managing other projects within our group of companies.

We are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible, however the position will remain open until filled. Recent references will be required.

  • Competitor website SEO techniques analysis
  • Maintain and monitor inbound links to both us and competitors
  • Conduct keyword research and technical analysis on websites including SEO auditing
  • Constant SEO monitoring and reporting issues to Managers whilst helping them and clients with any technical questions or concerns they have.
  • Keeping up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Paying particular attention to any significant Google algorithmic changes.
  • Perform ongoing keyword trends and optimisation
  • Develop and implement link building strategies (working with marketing manager)

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in SEO, preferably with a previous track record of delivering positive results and an extensive up to-date knowledge on SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Strong Technical SEO knowledge with experience in a similar role, optimising customer friendly based websites.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Experience of developing and implementing schema vocabulary to improve search
  • Good knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in copy writing
  • Optimisation of landing pages

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Salary: £27k - £30k Depending on Experience
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
