Social Media - Account Manager - PR - Public Relations

Permanent - Full Time

A market leading, award winning Public Relations, PR and Digital Agency based in central Norwich is looking for a talented and experienced Social Media professional to join its creative and successful team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superb communication skills (written, face-to-face and telephone) the ability to think creatively, an eye for detail as well as a good working knowledge of how offline, online and social media works. At least one years' experience gained at a PR or digital agency or in-house Company PR will be looked for.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

The Social Media Account Manager will:

ØDevelop key digital strategy

ØMedia relations and outreach to journalists, bloggers and influencers

ØDevelop new business opportunism

ØImplement social media campaigns

·Manage team members

ØClient management

ØGeneral office administration duties

Essential Skills & Experience

The Social Media Account Manager will have:

ØA real interest and thrill in delivering top quality social media campaigns

ØExperience in delivering successful digital campaigns

ØTeam player and leader

ØDesire and ability to learn and assimilate information and knowledge

ØExceptional written and verbal communication skills

ØAn interest in 'home interest' (kitchens, bathrooms, high level luxury home decoration, and furnishings) and consumer lifestyle PR is a nice to have.

ØExcellent writing and presentation skills
