The Marketing Campaigns Manager Role

This is a superb opportunity for the right candidate to join our enthusiastic and developing Marketing team within a fast-paced, growing organisation.

We are looking for a Campaigns Manager to support the Marketing function, driving business growth through the implementation of annual campaign and content strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Devise and implement B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that the organisation's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing presentations
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Administer the website(s), adding news and event content
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing to drive new content ideas

Requirements for the Marketing Campaigns Manager Role
  • A degree in a Marketing related field is desirable, coupled with a professional marketing qualification such as a Diploma in Professional Marketing or a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing
  • Excellent writing skills are a pre-requisite as you will frequently have to write copy for marketing promotions.
  • Experience of email marketing and marketing automation
  • Understanding of social media platforms and Google analytics
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, in particular
  • Experience of using InDesign and Adobe Illustrator is preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised and able to work to a plan
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Open to change and previous experience of working in a fast-paced business environment
