Head of Finance

Ignata Finance is exclusively retained for the recruitment of a new Head of Finance for an incredibly progressive company with a very exciting future. This is a very commercial and strategic role within the business, reporting into the CFO.

Key responsibilities:
  • To provide leadership, development, investment and coordination to the finance team.
  • To support the business for accelerated growth, giving confidence to the board on the quality of information at their disposal.
  • Own the delivery of the monthly management accounts pack and yearly statutory accounts.
  • Oversee the preparation of weekly & monthly cashflow forecasts.
  • To add rigour to the current processes, financial controls & quality of management information.
  • Responsible for the preparation of budgets and forecasts and other reporting and analysis ensuring that deadlines are adhered to.
  • Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors and other relevant parties.

Skills and Experience:
  • ACA Qualified
  • Background working for international companies (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong internal & external reporting skills & experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of best-practice, implementing a culture of rigor and "best-in-class" finance.
  • High-growth experience.

Location: Victoria, London

Salary & Package: £100,000 to £130,000 + bonus
