As a niche independent Chartered Surveyors, this regional specialist Real Estate & Property organisation operates within a highly competitive and fast-moving market place. Well established and enjoying continued financial and operational growth, the business is currently seeking a part qualified Finance Trainee to support the Financial Controller. Based within the Finance team, you will take responsibility for accounts preparation, ledger management, AP & AR, payroll support, assisting with developing & improving systems, enhancing management reporting, value creation and decision support. A varied brief includes:

•Control of Accounts Payable & Receivable ledgers including checking, coding & posting invoices via Sage
•Maintenance of Clients ledgers including invoice posting & bank reconciliations via QuickBooks
•Cashflow analysis
•Fixed assets accounting & maintenance on Excel
•Maintenance of accounts prepayment schedules
•Management reporting including analysis & commentary on budget holder P&L accounts & expenditure
•Variance analysis & commentary

As a recent Finance graduate and part qualified ACCA, CIMA or AAT, you will demonstrate 12-24 months finance transactions and reporting experience, Sage or Quickbooks and Excel skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. You will be an enthusiastic individual, capable of influencing budget holders and internal departments.
