What is the role?

Data and Human Resources might not seem like a typical combination, however, as the People Systems & Data Analysis Manager, your role is integral to the HR function. You will be providing People / HR data to key stakeholders with significant involvement in the production and design of all regular & ad hoc reports.

On a daily/annual basis, you will take responsibility for improving data accuracy and adherence to relevant processes. This will give you the opportunity to add value through your knowledge of systems, process improvement and regular interactions with team members to train/support their understanding. This role will give you a great opportunity to develop and pass on your knowledge to help develop others.

You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to a changing agenda and relish the opportunity to own the back-end structure - suggesting and implementing improvements that will truly shape the impact this team can have on the business.

You will be joining a team of twenty or so professionals, all passionate about supporting our customers. We also enjoy celebrating our wins with cake and chocolate!

Financial package and benefits

What experience and skills will you need?
  • Strong business and/or data analysis experience including advanced report writing and mail merge.
  • Extensive experience working with business systems (ideally HRIS) and managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers, including effective issue resolution
  • Basic coding in excel
  • Track record in successful process improvement
  • Comfortable consulting with senior leaders and developing internal networks
