Role Description
Think Property Finance is now looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team. You will be based in our Kennington offices and will work as a deputy to our CFOO on all financial matters, including: loan-book management; fundraising; and management accounting. The role will also require you to become an expert on the underwriting that has taken place between each individual loan, for which in-depth training will be provided.

In this role, you will:
  • Liaise with our current investor base
  • Help to generate and on-board new sources of funding
  • Liaise with our part-time bookkeeper on day-to-day loan-books and accounts management, statements, invoices, and payroll
  • Prepare management accounts
  • Participate in regular financial strategy meetings

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have at least 1 year's experience in a finance role
  • Have either a prior qualification in accounting or a 2:1 or higher in a STEM or Finance degree
  • Be teachable and quick at picking up new concepts
  • Be adept at problem solving
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have good time management skills and be able to handle a variety of responsibilities with little oversight
  • Be ambitious, proactive, and hungry to progress within the company
