Role: eCommerce Delivery Manager - Central London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

A big UK fashion brand are looking for an experienced eCommerce delivery manager/project manager to manage the digital programme of work, oversee the day to day BAU processes and facilitate the resolution of all platform support incidents.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Managing the in-house front-end development team, including assigning individual project tasks, ensuring the correct resources are available
  • Organising regular updatemeetings and ensuring all developments are completed on time
  • Overseeing BAU content development processes, working closely with the content manager ensuring all weekly updates are deployed on time and developed to industry standard
  • Managing the full project life cycle of assigned projects working closely with delivery teams and third party partners
  • Compiling and maintain the portfolio of change for all multichannel digital projects on behalf of stakeholders and business owners including sprint planning, prioritisation and budget planning
  • Ensuring Agile processes and best practices are being closely followed and effectively lead a near shore Scrum team to deliver on all digital projects
  • Develop, manage and document all production deployment schedules working closely IT to ensure CAB approval for all releases
  • Lead regular retrospective reviews to ensure all sprint KPI's are achieved as agreed with senior stakeholders
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the eCommerce platform is stable, fully functional and has 100% availability

Key Requirements:
  • Educated to bachelor degree level with a relevant degree subject matter
  • Demonstrate experience of running both Agile and Waterfall projects
  • Experience in managing of in house and near shore teams consisting of Scrum Masters, Developers (Front and Back End), Business Analysts and Testers
  • A qualificationwithin Agile form a recognised Agile body (, Scrum Alliance, SAFe)
  • Sound understanding of the digital eCommerce landscape including eCommerce platforms (preferable Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • eCommerce project management experience, either within an agency, systems integrator, consultancy or within an online/digital retailer
  • Excellent communication skills in order to be highly comfortable presenting project updates to key stakeholders
  • Experience of undertaking business requirement analysis and gathering requirements from a business perspective
  • Budgeting, forecasting, business casting and supplier selection experience
  • Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills with polished presentation skills
  • Knowledge or JIRA and confluence
  • Personal qualities (Self Starter, Team Working, Communication, Organising, Motivating, Leadership, Negotiation, Decision-making, flexibility and an attention to detail)
  • Experience working with board-level stakeholders
