A great role has become available for an experienced PA and Compliance support Administrator for a Wealth Management firm in Bolton on an initial fixed term contract. In the role you will support the Practice Manager with running the operations in the business. In the absence of the Practice Manager you will be the referral point for all employees.

You can expect a great benefits package including flexible working hours and a salary up to £24,000.

In the role with will get the "envious" role of speaking to a number of recruitment consultants and if you still have the will after that you will be involved in preparing and arranging 1-1 meetings for Administrators, Paraplanners and Advisers, prepare client questionnaires, work closely with the marketing team to support strategies and arrange for the approval of articles to be placed on the companies website.

You will also be involved in preparing compliance procedures and monitoring monthly knowledge tests and prepare for annual audit checks.

Because of the variety of this role you will need to have experience of working in a wealth management or IFA environment and have a great level of attention to detail.
