My client, a global brand is recruiting a CRM Marketing Database Executive to join their CRM team. This is a new opportunity due to expansion within the business. If you have a some database marketing or crm background then please get in touch!

You will be responsible for management and development of the company B2B data and technology capability to deliver analysis, CRM, sales process management, and sales success reporting to support achievement of targets for acquisition and retention of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Data Strategy Manager to support the delivery of company events and service strategies

Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team with the planning of campaigns and be responsible for data segmentation, testing, delivery and post campaign analysis of all email campaigns

Use of key technologies such as marketing automation to drive efficiency in the sales process and ensure the most effective leads are acquired and optimised for direct contact to maximise the use of the Sales Team's time and drive conversion

Produce a range of dashboards, reports and insight using existing company data and 3rd party data enrichment to ensure senior management and Data Strategy Manager have the necessary information to drive business decisions, report on sales success, monitor customer satisfaction and improve targeting for campaigns

Be the first point of contact for all daily system admin, support and training for all users including guidance on best practice, data quality standard and compliance with statutory regulations such as GDPR

Manage data quality within the database, keep a monthly tracker of data quality changes and identify and rectify issues at source

Key Requirements:

Must have some experience working in a crm or database marketing role

Experienced using a CRM platforms or CRM tools (Salesforce would be a preference)

Marketing automation and direct marketing in a B2B and B2C environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment with tight deadlines

Able to prioritise workload and work independently

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Highly numerate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, look ups)

Possess a logical and analytical mindset with great attention to detail

Must be able to interpret relational database structures and ensure that the database remains fully GDPR compliant

Benefits:

Salary £28k (May be negotiable, depending on experience)

35 hours per week, Mon- Friday 9-5.30pm
