Here's how this role will help:
  • Supporting the Marketing Director with daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to; booking meeting rooms, lunches, travel arrangements including flights and hotels through the preferred travel agency and completing company expenses two to three times monthly
  • Organizing the marketing department approval process for legal contracts with external agencies, healthcare organizations and healthcare professionals to support brand managers with projects
  • Creating financial purchase orders for marketing team projects including promotional activities and payments to healthcare organizations and professionals
  • Managing exhibition and conference organization planning one year in advance and supporting brand managers with all aspects of the conference including but not limited to; promotional material organization, salesforce organization, support with KOL management
  • Be involved in internal review process for promotional and educational materials in a compliant manner. Creating job codes, uploading documents/references, managing the jobs, archive and expire jobs, full liaison with medical and regulatory team and manage the withdrawal of promotional materials where necessary.
  • Working with regulatory to obtain online internal review approvals for prescribing information for use with promotional material
  • Maintain the internal web shop for promotional materials, process orders, manage stock levels, add / delete material as necessary and ensure sales team are ordering correctly and all is up to date
  • Liaison with the regular supplier's for printing and warehousing and stand building companies including annual review of legal contract in co-operation with procurement
  • Day to day managing of the marketing email box, proactively manage and respond / re-direct accordingly, ensuring that all emails are actioned within 48 hours with support from Marketing Intern

  • Marketing or other Business qualification is desirable
  • Proven experience in marketing is preferred
  • Passion for marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
