Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk job based in North Fife for the next 2/3 months with an immediate start.

Market leading company based in North Fife with a requirement for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist them with a seasonal peak for the next 2-3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company over the next few months and utilise your skills.

Your new role
This Purchase Ledger Clerk job will include matching invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes, posting invoices to the purchase ledger, maintaining the invoice logs, liaising with various departments regarding any invoice queries, ensure that supplier statements are reconciled on a monthly basis. and provide general assistance to the finance team on a daily basis.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must be experienced with Purchase Ledger and be able to commit to the role for the duration. You must be highly organised and be able to work to deadlines with accuracy. You will have excellent It skills including excel and the ability to multi task and work as a team.
