We are looking for an ambitious and versatile Head of Marketing who will launch high-impact integrated campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including content, brand campaigns, social media, influencers, partnerships, SEO, and performance channels.

You are the first hire of our Marketing team and as an early stage startup, you'll need to be very hands-on, doing a fair bit of marketing yourself. Working directly with the CEO, founders and wider Leadership team, you will be championing on tactics across a combination of initiatives, from Branding and Tone of Voice, Community Building, Lead Generation, Retention, and Revenue.

**During your time at Tymit you will**
Help shape Tymit's proposition and build the brand - our story, tone of voice and product positioning.
Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy to acquire users across multiple channels, including social, affiliates, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO) and other channels.
Establish an engagement strategy with the users you've already acquired. Key efforts here typically include messaging (email, in-app) to follow up with and incentivise users, as well as retargeting campaigns.
Establish and drive the PR strategy, defining the Company narratives, working with media, through conferences, and other avenues to raise awareness and understanding of our product.
Oversee the entire content life cycle, from idea generation to production and distribution, maintaining the editorial calendar.
Own social media at Tymit, iterating market messaging and positioning Tymit as one of the FinTech startups to watch.
Help drive growth, not only by engaging with customers but also other stakeholders building a growing Community around the mission of Tymit.
Identify speaking and attendance opportunities that support Tymit's customer acquisition targets.
Introduce marketing intelligence and metrics such as brand awareness, target users, funnel conversions, engagement, adopting a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision making in the marketing function.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan as necessary.

What you will bring along
You have 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in running integrated marketing campaigns, ideally including a mixture of time in agencies and fast-paced B2C digital/tech environments.
You have a very good understanding of market trends, technical product development, data and customer insights analysis, targeting models, testing and segmentation.
You are exceptionally successful launching and building consumer-facing brands in consumer technology, creative media, and/or e-commerce industries.
You're a great storyteller, bursting with creative ideas and the ability to amplify them using an appropriate channel mix.
You have a strategic mind-set, with exceptional clarity of thought, but will also adopt a hands-on approach, and be close to the detail, as needed.
You are an inspiring, engaging people leader with naturally high EQ, able to set a vision and bring people together.
You are a great achiever who has a strong orientation for results beyond just great ideas.
You have entrepreneurial DNA with the desire to solve problems whilst wanting to inspire and share your knowledge and passion for FinTech.
