Training Lead - Oracle Fusion

Contract: £500 to £600 per day

Leading Financial Services firm is seeking a Training Lead to manage a onshore and offshore team from their Surrey HQ. This role to lead a training project around our clients implementation of Oracle Fusion. Knowledge of this systems or previous experience in leading a training team on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP solutions is desired.

Essential requirements:
  • Training experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems and particularly in Finance & Procurement processes and modules e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Fixed Assets
  • Training skills including training needs analysis, training curriculum, material content development, learning development tools
  • Extensive experience working with and managing senior stakeholders
  • Managing small team of material developers based offshore
  • Classroom facilitation (training systems-based applications)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, attention to detail, delivery of high quality standard training materials
  • Conscientious, self-motivated, organised and an excellent communicator
