Supply Chain Manager - Specialist Property Services - South East - Annual basic salary up to £50,000 plus company car or car allowance plus an excellent benefits package.

The largest independent managed network of professionals throughout the UK are now seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the Contractor Connection Team. As an experienced Supply Chain Manager, you will work remotely covering the South East region.

The main purpose of this Supply Chain Management role will be to Manage and improve the performance, processes and capacity of the Contractor supply chain whilst implementing the Contractor Connections Supply chain strategy and Supply Chain Logistics within your geographical area.

With over 100 rigorously vetted and professional Property Repair Contractors throughout the UK you will play a vital role to ensure Service level agreements are adhered to within your geographical remit.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the performance and capacity of the supply chain of Property Repair Contractors and other suppliers to meet KPI's
- To implement the supply chain strategy delivering against the necessary quality, service level, cost and other objectives through to delivery
- To project manage and continuously strive to improve performance of the supply chain within your designated geographical area
- Build, train and performance manage a network of quality Property Repair Contractors and suppliers within your region
- Work in unison with all suppliers ensuring that are fully compliant with H&S, FCA Procedures and TCF requirements
- To manage internal and external client relationships by ensuring the supply chain consistently deliver against Service Level Agreements / KPI's
- You will proactively manage new and existing supplier relationships through communication strategies, reporting, MI, forums and regular meetings
- To ensure the Supply Chain continuously provides customer service excellence
- Ensure growth and financial targets are met

Background, experience and Professional Qualifications:

- Have Supply Chain Management experience within the Insurance Claims Management Industry
- Detailed understanding of the Insurance Service Market
- Knowledge and experience of current H&S, Asbestos and CDM regulations/legislations
- A proven track record of successfully managing a number of Property Repair Contractor Companies ensuring delivery against SLA's and KPI's
- Project Management and Demand Planning experience
- Insurance qualification (CII/CILA) desirable
- Relevant Construction qualification desirable - CIOB/RICS
- Full Clean Driving licence essential
