Customer service Admin assistant required to join a busy team supporting a leading telecommunications company in Basingstoke. You will coordinate the delivery of telecoms products across EMEA region and ensure customers are kept updated throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What you will be doing:
• Proactively monitoring Vendor portals and in-house order management systems.
• Manage customer orders to meet or exceed internal metrics.
• Liaise between internal customers and the Vendor
• Attend/facilitate weekly progress meetings/calls with Vendors and internal customers.
• Order Placement of Access tails utilising vendor portals & order forms
• Focus on working as a team to ensure SLA's for service delivery are met/exceeded.

Job Requirements

• Experience in a telecoms delivery environment.
• Able to perform under pressure and prioritise workloads
• Computer literate with good MS office knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work unsupervised

HOURS OF WORK: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
