My client is well established business that is looking for an experienced administrator to work closely with the Commercial finance director.

About you:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to communicate and connect effectively with external and internal customers and clients

· Proficiency with MS Office Suite - Word (intermediate), Excel (intermediate,) email, Data Protection and Confidentiality

· Strong administration skills and experience

· Excellent prioritisation skills

· Excellent time management skills

· Experience of using spreadsheets will be an advantage

· Critical attributes: Positive attitude, hospitable, proactive self-starter, quick learner, flexible, dependable, strong work ethic

· Problem solving skills - independently identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; escalates when necessary

Experience and background:

· 2+ years experience

· Customer Service (internal and external customer)

The Role:

· Managing and booking daily travel via Egencia (travel booking system) for all EMEA employees in a timely and cost-effective manner.

· Manage telephone contact within company guidelines to reflect a professional and customer focused image.

· Greet visitors in a friendly, knowledgeable manner, ensuring that waiting time is minimised.

· Accurate and timely management of incoming and outgoing mail and associated communication.

· Proactive maintenance of company stationary stocks. Cost effective and timely re-ordering as required, to avoid shortage or wastage.

· Effective staff support for smooth running of internal functions including ensuring valid and appropriate swipe cards are issued to all staff (long and short term), maintenance of meeting rooms.

· Support the preparation and submit expense reports on a timely basis for executive team members.

· Assist with facilities related requests.
