You will be working on a full time, permanent basis from the grand opening in August. Job Role
As the Engineering manager, you will manage the Facilities Management contract in providing mechanical and electrical support services as well as producing reports and ensuring you provide a safe, productive environment.

Main Responsibilities
To manage the Facilities Management contract in providing mechanical and electrical support services.
üEnsure the CMMS system is fully utilised, maintained and available to the customer for audits.
üReport regularly on breakdowns and potential improvements
üManage on site contractors, ensuring compliance with RAM's and the permit to work system
üOverall management and development of the team

Experience required
·The Maintenance Engineer needs to be electrically competent
·Health and safety experience in particular risk assessment reporting
·Experience managing a team
·Knowledge of fluid power systems
·Electrical testing and logical fault finding processes
·String communication skills
·Able to work in a high pressure environment
·Ability to think on your own and use initiative

The working week runs Monday to Friday with a basic 40 per week. However the client is open Monday to Sunday so there is overtime opportunity available at the discretion of the client and would be paid at 1.5 x your hourly rate (2x hourly rate for Sundays).

The starting salary for this position is circa £45,000 per annum with 6 and 12 month salary review. The company offer 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays,) pension, healthcare, sick pay, childcare vouchers, long service awards.
