Tech Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Windows, Office 365, Mac - Private Healthcare - London

A leading private health care business requires a Tech Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support analyst on a 3 month rolling contract, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operational to both inhouse and external users support.

Key Requirements include:

1. Second-line support experience

2. Providing support for Windows 7 and 10 - they are currently migrating so some systems are in Windows 7 and others in Windows 10.

3. Providing support in Office 2013 - 2016 and Office 365 - various environment across the clinicals and hospitals are using different versions currently

4. Supporting Mac Environments

5. Strong stakeholder engagement - this role will involve communicating with Senior Doctors and consultants so need to remain profession at all time with excellent communications skills

6. Basic knowledge of networking - Switches, Firewalls, LAN / WAN
